Returns and Exchanges
Return Conditions
Our return policy extends over a 14-day period, commencing upon the receipt of your package. During this time, customers are entitled to return their purchases without providing a specific reason. Please ensure that the return shipment reaches us within this stipulated 14-day window.
Return Requirements
All items must be returned in an unworn, unwashed condition, maintaining their original tags, and be suitable for resale.
For items acquired during sales or discounted promotions, Riva Icon does not facilitate refunds. Instead, these items are eligible for exchange with another item from our collection or can be converted into store credit.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on the chosen courier and the originating country.
How to Initiate an Exchange or Return
Initiating an exchange or return is a straightforward process:
- Within 14 days of receiving your order, send an email to rivaiconstore@gmail.com, specifying your desire to exchange one or more products.
- You will promptly receive comprehensive return instructions to guide you through the process.
Exchange Duration
Upon receipt of your return shipment at our warehouse, we endeavor to process your exchange within 10 days. In most cases, your exchange request will be fulfilled within a few days. You will receive an email confirmation, complete with a tracking code, as soon as your new order is processed.
Unavailable Exchange Products
In the rare event that your desired exchange product is no longer available, please consult our customer service team for alternative options. We will furnish you with an estimated restock date, and if you've initiated a return, we will collaborate with you to explore potential solutions.
